⭐☆☆☆☆ I ordered pho and specifically requested no cilantro. When I picked up my order, I even asked the staff to confirm that there was no cilantro, and they assured me everything was correct. When I got home and opened the food, it still had cilantro in it. This has happened dozens of times already. It feels like they simply do not care about their customers or pay attention to special requests. Following a simple instruction should not be this difficult. Very disappointing experience.
Really outstanding food! Having lived in the Bay Area for 5 years, I really missed having ready-made access to all different sorts of pho. I got the combinated pho with tendon, tripe, beef, and meatball and it was so so good. One of those foods you don't full process how much you missed until you eat it again. Staff were incredibly quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back!
Tried their spicy beef soup and the flavor was complex and not too spicy. This is my first time trying them and it didn't disappoint. They even had hot chili oil not just schiracha. I will come back to try the beef pho and it will probably be just as good as the spicy beef soup.
